My consulting goal is
closely related to CLARITY COACHING. My business expertise is as an
entrepreneur. I have developed five businesses of my own opening my first
one at age 23. I am not a marketing expert or financial wizard but I have
directed those experts and others in the development of my businesses and
I can help you to do the same.
As a result, I provide what
I call "entrepreneurial consulting" which is acting like your
board of advisors or silent partner in the developmental process. In
other words, I consult with business owners on their strategies and on the
selection, development and management of their team of experts.
I know the proper sequence
of events in the business development process and what level of expertise
is needed at each level. I have a team of expert associates that I trust
who can provide the right solutions at each step of the process and I make
those experts available for your business as possible resources. For those
experts that I don't have, I can help you find and select others.
