I can partner with you in a number of ways to support the change you want. That includes working with you and/or your team directly; presenting seminars to impact the group; and providing products designed to support individual growth and development.
Working directly with you is done through coaching or consulting. Coaching programs are
designed for each individual depending upon their needs and intentions.
Coaching is a combination of providing information based on my experience
and what I call mental influencing. The mental influencing part is where I keep intruding upon your
habitual subconscious mind until you begin to organize your thinking in a
new and more powerful way. The goal is exploding your
performance. My approach to coaching is based on the model of human experience I developed and write about in my book, Inspirational Gravity. That model is what I call, the Natural Experiential Cycle, which is the most powerful mind process you can have and you will see how all highly successful people support this process. The consulting I do can take the form of either working on a particular aspect of business development or working on an interim basis in a leadership role within the business. The goal of all my consulting is to develop improved strategies in a business area and then begin to implement them in a systematic way that others can then carry forward. My two most popular seminars are Pathways to Change and Your Roadmap for Change. Pathways can be presented in several time formats from 30 minutes to 2 1/2 hours depending upon audience needs.
